Preparing for your appointment
The day before
Drink plenty of water and try to get a full night of sleep. Well-hydrated, rested skin takes ink more evenly and the session is more comfortable.
The day of
Eat a proper meal before you arrive. Sessions can run longer than expected, and arriving hungry makes it harder to sit comfortably.
Wear clothing that gives easy access to the area being tattooed, and that you do not mind getting ink on. If the piece is somewhere awkward to reach, dress with that in mind.
Bring
- A valid photo ID
- Water and a snack for longer sessions
- Headphones, a book, or anything else that helps you settle
Arrival
Arrive a few minutes early so you can settle in without rushing. If you are running late, message the studio.
Guests
Studio space is limited and sessions are quiet by design. Confirm guest arrangements ahead of your appointment.
Medication and medical questions
If you take medication, have a skin condition affecting the area, or have any medical concern about being tattooed, please speak with your doctor or another qualified health professional before your appointment. The studio cannot advise on medical matters.
Avoid alcohol before your session.
