This page explains what the studio collects and how it is handled.

What is collected

When you start a project the studio collects your name, the contact details you provide, and what you tell us about the tattoo you have in mind.

Text messages

If you give the studio your mobile number and tick the box agreeing to be texted, the studio uses it to reply about your enquiry, your consultation, and your appointment. These are service messages about a project you started. Studio news and offers are a separate, optional box that you can leave unticked, and leaving it unticked changes nothing about your booking.

Your number and your consent are never sold, rented, or shared with anyone else for their own marketing. Text-message consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates. The only companies that see your number are the ones that carry the message for the studio, and only so that it can be delivered.

Message frequency varies with your project and is typically a few messages around each consultation or appointment. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to stop messages, or HELP for help. Stopping messages does not cancel an appointment — contact the studio another way if you need to change one.

Photos you upload

Reference images and any photo of the area where a piece would sit are stored as private project media. They are used only to plan and discuss your tattoo.

Private project photos are never published on this website, on social media, or anywhere else without your separate, explicit permission. Consent to be contacted about your project is not consent to publish your photos — those are asked for separately.

Messages

Messages between you and the studio about your project are kept so there is an accurate record of what was agreed.

Marketing

You are only added to marketing messages if you specifically opt in. Agreeing to be texted about your appointment does not opt you into marketing, and you can withdraw at any time.

Requesting deletion

You can ask the studio to delete your project photos or your record at any time. Contact the studio and the request will be actioned.

Analytics

The site measures aggregate page usage to understand what is useful. This measurement never receives your name, phone number, email address, the text of your project description, or any private project photo.
